Officer Arnold grew up in Jetmore, Kansas and attended Fort Hays University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Justice Studies.  Officer Arnold began her law enforcement career with the Hays Police Department before moving to Emporia PD in 2014.  Officer Arnold moved to the Kansas City area and started with Bonner Springs PD in 2022.
