Do I need a permit for a garage sale?: The City does not require a permit for garage sales. The regulations do limit each residence to three per year and require that signs placed out to advertise the garage sale not be on public property and must be on private property.

1. Do I need an occupational license?: You need an occupational license if your business is in the Bonner Springs city limits or if your business performs work or provides a service in the city limits.

If I live outside the city limits, can I use the Tiblow Transit Transportation General Public Transportation Service?: The Tiblow Transit only provides transportations to persons who live in Bonner Springs. Out-of-town individuals may ride if they are a guest of a Bonner Springs resident. Residents from Edwardsville may ride Monday and Thursday mornings (pick-up is from Edwardsville Highrise only) to shop in Bonner Springs.

3. How do I report a street light outage?: Contact the City Clerk's Office at (913) 667-1720 or (913) 667-1716, or call City Hall at (913) 422-1020 and your call will be directed to the city clerk.
