This eight week program is designed to help step-up your fitness activity in a fun and rewarding way. The long term health benefits are endless. Enjoy the walking/biking trails, family togetherness, and health seminars offered through this program; while increasing your endurance, energy, and improving your overall health. You can register as an individual or as a *family (three or more). The basis of this program is to earn “points” for every 15 minutes of activity and to attend educational seminars to empower yourself to maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors. Everyone has an opportunity to receive incentive prizes for reaching pre-established goals. *Family is defined as two adults per family & up to five dependents.
