Claims for City Operations

Staff enclosed the supplement claims for City Operations in the amount of $174,566.67, utility refunds in the amount of $909.89 and the regular claims in the amount of $372,342.79.

Action
Make a motion to approve the claims for City Operations for January 11, 2021.
Recommendation
The Finance Director recommends approval.

Claims for Public Housing Authority

Staff enclosed the Public Housing Authority supplement claims in the amount of $127,870.67 and the regular claims in the amount of $1,246.79.
Action
Make a motion to approve the Public Housing Authority claims for January 11, 2021.
Recommendation
The Public Housing Authority Director recommends approval.

Unified Government Contract For Senior Center Funds For 2021

The Unified Government submitted the enclosed agreement for the City to extend the current contract for January 1 through December 31. The amount of funds to be received is $6,450 which is unchanged from previous years.
