Kansas is ranked fifth in the nation in biotech strength for having one of the largest concentrations of animal health companies in the world. While SBA does not make loans directly, you can find a local lender who can help you with your loan application. The Kansas City District SBA Office provides a list of lenders near Bonner Springs.
Workforce Partnership
Workforce Partnership connects local employers with qualified job candidates. They offer a wide range of employer solutions in the areas of: hiring and recruiting, training, retention, and expansion to businesses of all sizes. Career centers located in Johnson, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties offer professional expertise to employers and job seekers.
Wyandotte County Revolving Loan Fund
The revolving loan fund (RLF) is designed for small business lending to help fill gap financing. The RLF is targeted to help new or existing small businesses with 100 or fewer employees, but loan applications for larger firms may be considered if criteria are met. Loan types are real estate, machinery and equipment, and working capital. The loan program is available in all three cities of Wyandotte County – Bonner Springs, Edwardsville and Kansas City, KS.
