The Bonner Springs Mayor's Banquet kicks off the annual Tiblow Days heritage festival. The City and the Rotary Club host the banquet the Thursday before Tiblow Days. 

The Marion Vaughn award is presented at the Mayor's Banquet in recognition of outstanding leadership and personal contribution to the progress and betterment of the City of Bonner Springs.
