The City of Bonner Springs desires to expand the citizens’ experiences by enhancing and supporting the growth of our cultural environment through public art which has the ability to enrich and connect the community with original and creative visuals. The City strives to create a positive image with a sense of community identity through public art in visible, public spaces to reflect the diversity of our community and engage residents and visitors.
