Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music dance themes creating a dynamic effective fitness system! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow footsteps to maximize the caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Let your muscles dance to the different rhythms of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, samba, and others. Classes are held on Tuesday nights beginning at 6:00pm at the Community Center. Saturday Morning classes begin at 9:30am. The fee is $30 for residents and $35 for non-residents per each six week session or $7 for drop-ins.
