This course gives youth ages 11-15 the knowledge, skills and confidence to care for infants through school-ages children. Topics include:

• safety issues
• preventing injuries and illnesses
• basic childcare
• first aid rescue breathing
• Infant/Child CPR
• care for choking 
• age-appropriate behavior and play.

Students successfully completing the class will receive a certificate for Babysitting. Class for the spring will be held Saturday, February 2nd from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the Community Center.  The fee is $40 for residents and $45 for non-residents,
