General Information 
Wastewater is billed at a monthly service fee of $13.30 plus $5.07 per 1,000 gallons of water usage.   Residential customers are billed for wastewater based on a 4-month winter average (Dec-Mar).  New residential customers, without usage history, are billed wastewater charges based total water usage, up to 6,000 gallons maximum.  Commercial accounts are billed wastewater charges based on total water usage.
