Nettleton Manor is a HUD supported development built in 1979. There are 76 units in the six-story building. It is designed to provide supportive housing for income qualified residents.

RESIDENT ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES
Residents must be age 62 years of age or older, meet a qualified disability and pass our screening criteria.

Monthly rent based on income
Gas and electric included in rent
Kitchens equipped with refrigerator and range

Spacious bathrooms
Accessible, barrier-free design in some units
Emergency pull cords in all units

Common areas professionally decorated and maintained.
Two balconies on floors 2-6
Rear patio off first floor
