Refund Policy 
All daily refunds will be assessed and approved by the supervisor on duty. No cash refunds. All day passes will be time stamped at time of purchase. For unforeseen circumstances within three hours of purchase, the day pass will be able to be applied to another visit.

For all other refund requests, a refund request form will need to be completed, along with a written statement as to why a refund is requested and turned into the Aquatics Supervisor. The Aquatics Supervisor will review the request and make a decision; if approved, please allow two to four weeks for processing.

Registration
Register for Memberships and Swim Programs at the Bonner Springs Community Center, 200 East 3rd Street, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm until May 24th, then you can begin registering for at the Aquatic Park.
