Bill Miller paid the renewal fees and submitted an application to renew his Massage Therapy Business Establishment and Massage Therapist licenses. The application complies with the requirements for renewal.

Make a Motion to Approve Massage Therapy Business Establishment and Massage Therapist License Renewals for Bill Miller at Bodyworks Massage.
