The City Council will consider Consent Agenda items by one motion with no discussion unless the City Council, Staff or the audience requests removal of an item from the Consent Agenda.  The City Council will consider an item removed from the Consent Agenda as the next item after their action on the Consent Agenda.

Enclosed are the supplement claims for city operations in the amount of $26,307.39 and the regular claims in the amount of $472,322.04.

4.

Massage Therapy License Renewal- SpaRapha Massage & Craniosacral Therapy

Nicole Hankins paid the renewal fees and submitted an application to renew her Massage Therapy Business Establishment and Massage Therapist licenses. The application complies with the requirements for renewal.

We did not include a copy of the application due to the confidential information it contains.
Action
Make a motion to approve a Massage Therapy Business Establishment and Massage Therapist license renewal for Nicole Hankins at SpaRapha.
Recommendation
The City Clerk recommends approval
 

REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

The City Council will consider the following items individually.
1.

Parks and Recreation Master Plan Acceptance

The Parks and Recreation Master Plan has been completed and presented. In order to finalize the project, it needs to be officially accepted by the City Council.

Motion to accept the Parks and Recreation Master Plan as presented.
Recommendation
The Interim Parks and Recreation Director recommends approval.

Wastewater Master Plan Acceptance

Purchasing Policy

Currently the City does not have a formally adopted Purchasing Policy. The attached Governing Body policy has been developed by City staff to provide greater clarity and transparency for the procurement of goods and services by the City. 

When used properly, procedures established within the policy will empower City staff to obtain needed materials, equipment, supplies, and services efficiently and economically. While this manual does not answer all questions related to purchasing, it does provide the foundation for a sound centralized purchasing system.
