Loring Interlocal Agreement Addendum

Since 1991, the City of Bonner Springs has provided several services for Wyandotte County in Delaware Township (Loring Service Area). Over the years, the agreement to provide Public Safety and Public Works services has been extended either yearly or on 5 year terms. The past two years the agreement has lapsed, but once later renewed.

The Loring Interlocal Agreement Addendum for year 2019 was recently approved by the Unified Government Commission. The modified agreement reflects a CPI increase of 2.55%.  It still shows a one year term.

City Staff is currently reviewing the agreement with the UG in an effort to have a more longstanding arrangement that is also reflective of today's needs.
