Leavenworth County Humane Society Agreement

Agreement with Leavenworth County Humane Society for temporary animal care services.          
Action
Make a motion to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement between the Leavenworth County Humane Society and the City for Animal Sheltering Services.
Recommendation
The Chief of Police and Animal Control recommend authorizing the agreement.

Water Plant Alternatives Review Contract

Water Plant Alternatives Review Contract - To provide a detailed cost analysis of water supply options to the City.

Make a motion to approve an Engineering Services Agreement Black & Veatch in an amount not to exceed $199,800.
